Returns
If you would like to return your original drawing/print, you may be eligible to do so within 14 days of it arriving. Before you send it back please get in touch via our contact page with your contact details and the reasons for returning, please attach photos if it is damaged. Art work must be unused and in the exact condition it arrived in. We can’t take any responsibility from damage in transit.
If your claim is successful, you will be given our return address, you will need to print the email communication and the confirmation and post it and the drawing back in a protective tube, we are unable to pay or refund for postage.
If you are interested in buying an original please be aware you will be responsible for the delivery charge.
Commissions
If you would like to discuss a commission please send a brief description, a photograph and size in mind via the contact form and I will work out a cost from the time it will take me to draw. Commissions require a non refundable deposit and then the remaining monies after completion.
Please be aware, commissions can’t be returned, the buyer will be responsible for the delivery charge.
